About Gordano Valley Builders
We are Gordano Valley Builders, a select team of tradesman equipped in our areas of expertise to bring your artistic architectural dreams to reality.
We are based in the Southwest of England and predominantly work within a 100 mile radius of our office in Clevedon but cover the whole of the South of the country.
We have never aimed to be a huge company as we aim to achieve the bespoke and more challenging projects on time and finished to the highest of standards.
Our reputation is built on our Passion, Client Relations and Attention to Detail.
Our Process
We will undertake a site visit to meet you (The Client) to fully understand what you are trying to achieve. At this point we will discuss whether you have already appointed an architect or whether this would be something we can help you with.
From here we would then go away, provide you with an Estimate and hopefully come in on target.
If agreed we will then draw up a contract between Gordano Valley Builders and "The Client" and agree a date to start.

Preconstruction Design
Once we have an architect (if required) appointed we can discuss designs with you and offer suggestions from a building and aesthetic perspective.
Design & Construction Estimate
Our Estimates our broken down into work elements or phases of the build. This allows you and us to see when milestones have been hit during the build.
On-Site Consultations
Calculations can sometimes require alteration on site. Our team have the knowledge to quickly perform any minor adjustments needed to keep the project moving.
The Finishing
Touches
At the end of a build there may be additional work that you feel would benefit the project. This is all part of the evolution of the build and we would be happy to assist.

All of our work is Fully Guaranteed.
We also offer a 14 day snagging period, this allows The Client time to spot something that may have been missed in the final walkaround and sign off.
